Our inner laboratory that that cooperates with the technical staff in close contact with customers offers a complete service, providing quick and exhaustive answers to the various questions received.
NEOFARMA’s laboratory is equipped with all the necessary instruments to control all critical points of the manufacturing process, of raw materials, and finished products, so to guarantee the products’ quality, in compliance with its quality system UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and FAMI QS.
The quality policy main scope is to ensure products that are safe for animals, operators, consumers and environment.
NEOFARMA’s laboratory has been accredited by ACCREDIA on the basis of the UNI CEI EN ISO/EC 17025 Standards since 2019, and therefore it is included in the Emilia-Romagna region’s list of laboratories carrying out self-control analyses for feed companies’, consequently it is available to carry out tests required by any customer.
Our laboratory accreditation gives the test reports issued on the market a high degree of reliability in terms of quality, and safety of the goods and services subjected to verification and guarantees their recognition in the markets.

Our laboratory’s customers can make a complaint about the quality of the service or of the results by ordinary email, fax, or telephone.
Our laboratory is committed to assess whether the complaint is relevant and, in such case, to appoint the person who will be responsible for handling the complaint, must communicate to the customer who sent the report the advanced stages of the actions undertaken, and the complaint outcomes.
• To require NEOFARMA’s laboratory analyses it is necessary to send the sample along with the form “Request for Tests” completed in all its parts.
